Managing Partner, Konfidants
The co-founder and managing partner at international consultancy Konfidants, Michael Kottoh leads advisory work for local African corporates, multinationals and global charities. He has experience in designing transactional ecosystems that help to connect big corporates with young entrepreneurs, most recently as lead consultant for the Ecobank Fintech Challenge & Fellowship programme. Across Africa, the programme is providing multi-country innovation and market access support for Fintech start-ups. As founding executive director of the international Djondo Fellowship, he grooms next-generation multinational business managers for African corporates. Meanwhile, in another role, he is chief strategist of AfroChampions, a regional public-private partnership promoting impactful regional investments by African multinationals.
